I have recently come back off a cruise with www.cruise.co.uk There was a running track around the ship, and I really enjoyed my daily jog. Only problem is, I want to start running but I don't know much about things 1.) I need to find a running track 2.) Do I need a personal trainer? 3.) Do I need to go on special diets etc. ? |

Yes, Holly, in order to run circles around a track I'd recommend both a trainer and specialized dietician. You are also correct with respect to the fact that, first, you will "need to find a running track". |
