I will be hiking one of the 14'ers in Colorado this summer. Never done anything like this before, so I need some advice. My buddy that lives there and hikes these hills quite often told me to get a pair of trail runners. Any suggestions? Don't eant to invest a lot of money into them, but don't eant to Wal Mart it either. Thanks in advance. -Ray |

Check the likes of steapandcheap.com, backcountry.com, mgear.com, and campmor.com. There are others that offer regular deals on shoes too. There are actually too many to list. I just listed ones that I have had success with in consideration to how picky my feet are. |
