Finally a run in Henry Coe

This Sunday November 8th Henry Coe will host a trail running event. There will be a 5k, 12k, and 22k course. This is good for the whole family. I pre-ran the 12k course this past Sunday and I have to say that it was by far the most beautiful trail run I have done to date. The first hill was tough and I did have to walk most of it, but after that the single track was awesome. I hope to see you out there. Go to www.svendurance.com for more details.
